Tammy Gillette
Tammy GilletteVice President
Tammy is Natura’s jack of all trades. She runs most of the behind the scenes operations at Natura and keeps the company running like a Swiss clock. Beyond the day to day operations of the business she jumps in to help on projects as needed and is also a State of Michigan licensed Lead Inspector.

When she isn’t in the office Tammy is mom to three rambunctious boys that keep her flying in many directions with sports and after school activities. During most weekends in the summer you can find her camping enjoying the Michigan outdoors.

Amy DeelOffice Manager
Amy works as the Office Manager for Natura and oversees the day to day operations. With an extensive background in non-profit work and specifically non-profit Operations Management, she knows how to handle the daily ups and downs of any office environment and to keep things running smoothly. She has a passion for working behind the scenes and troubleshooting.

Prior to Natura, Amy spent many years working for Local First West Michigan. A passion for localism and a love for Grand Rapids is something that Amy works to instill in her daily life as well as the lives of others, especially her family.

When Amy is not in the office, she is busy managing the household with two young children. She has a passion for cooking but sadly her children do not appreciate any of her beautiful meals, enjoying Michigan craft beer with her husband, and appreciating all the local businesses that Grand Rapids has to offer.
