Who We’re Looking For

We are interested in experienced professionals and emerging talent across a range of disciplines. If you have a background in any of the following areas, we want to talk:

• Property Condition Assessments and commercial building inspections
• Architectural Document and Cost Reviews
• Construction monitoring and owner’s representation
• Architecture and architectural technology
• Civil or structural engineering
• HVAC engineering
• Facilities management and capital planning
• Environmental consulting and Phase I ESAs
• Thermal imaging and building diagnostics

Strong written communication is non-negotiable at NAC — our work product is technical reports, and the ability to write clearly, accurately, and professionally is as important as any field credential. Industry accreditations, including AIA, PE, CSI, LEED AP, and similar designations, are valued and encouraged.

Interns

NAC occasionally has openings for interns — typically students pursuing degrees in architecture, construction management, or a related field.
