We Love Buildings

There are a lot of reasons to hire a due diligence firm. Experience. Credentials. Protocols. Track record. Those things matter, and we have them.

But here’s the one you won’t find on anyone else’s website: we genuinely, unabashedly love buildings.

All of them. The soaring glass towers and the squat concrete blocks. The meticulously maintained and the spectacularly neglected. The ones that make you stop on the sidewalk and stare, and the ones that make you wonder how they’re still standing. We find something fascinating in every single one.

That might sound like a strange thing to lead with. But we think it matters — because the people who care most about buildings are the ones who look hardest at them. When our team walks a property, we’re not just checking boxes. We’re reading a building. Its history, its condition, its quirks, its risks. Twenty-one years of looking at buildings teaches you things you can’t learn any other way.

Our clients are lenders, syndicators, and developers making significant capital commitments. They need someone who will look at a property the way they would if they had the time, the access, and the trained eye to do it right. That’s what we show up to do on every engagement — whether it’s a brand new multifamily development or a hundred-year-old industrial building with a story written into every brick.

We take the work seriously. We just also happen to love it.

Out in the Field

One of the best parts of this job is what you see out there. Every property is different. Every site visit turns up something unexpected — beautiful, bizarre, alarming, or occasionally all three at once.

We document it all, and we share the best of it. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook under #WeLoveBuildings and come along for the ride. Fair warning: once you start seeing buildings the way we do, you won’t be able to stop.
